The change in season brings with it an opportunity to reflect and recalibrate, so this week we’re doing a simple Spring check-in. In Episode 157 of the Edit Your Life podcast, Christine and Asha share a behind-the-scenes look at their family, work, and self-care plans for Spring. Also featured: an unintended special guest, Asha’s dog, Teddy, who barked through most of the episode.

  • Asha, I’m looking forward to following your blog. I just listened to the Spring check-in episode today. I’ve been searching for ways to build relationships in my life (by starting new friendships and/or strengthening the old) but as a mom of two young children, this is easier said than done. I am hoping to find what I’m looking for through online forums and communities. I love listening to your podcast and am inspired by your confidence and optimism. Best of luck as you build your blog community!

    • Erin! Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here! And thank you. I remember well how hard it was to connect to new friends and maintain old friendships when my kids were little. I was around more people than ever, but I had to learn new ways to be a friend (open schedules and long, lingering walks and coffee dates were out). But here’s something that’s amazing…Christine and I met because of blog comments. You really CAN meet some of your dearest friends online.
